If your booking takes debit, the main driver brings their own physical card, embossed with their details. The voucher says if debit works.
Some cars in Durrës, Tirana, Sarandë, Shkodër and Vlorë take the deposit in cash. Paying the hire in cash does not mean this.
Some Tirana cars take a deposit of a hundred euros or less, so less of your money is held during the hire.

Yes. Delivery and handover charges are in the quoted total where they apply. Pickup or return out of hours can cost extra, so enter your real times.
Standard cars: cancel seven days ahead; luxury or convertibles: thirty days. The cancellation extra allows up to twenty-four hours before pickup. Late changes, cancellations or no-shows lose the advance. Refunds take up to fourteen days, less €6 per €100 paid.
Ask the company for extra days before your agreement ends. They need notice in advance.
