About SabreCar

What SabreCar is

SabreCar shows the cars that local rental companies offer at airports and towns in the destinations listed on our home page, with their prices, deposits, card rules and cover levels, and lets you book one. Bookings are made through our booking partner, and your rental contract is with the local rental company that hands you the car.

How SabreCar earns

When you book, our booking partner pays us a commission. You pay the price shown in the search: an advance when you book and the rest to the rental company at pickup.

Where our figures come from

• Car counts, prices, deposit and card shares: read from the booking engine for a stated rental and date, and refreshed regularly. Every page shows when it was last updated.
• Rental conditions: the rental terms for each country, published word for word on our terms pages.
• Driving rules in Albania: the Albanian road code, with the article number given beside each rule.
• Driving times: routed on OpenStreetMap road data without traffic, and rounded up.

If you find something that is wrong, tell us at info@sabrecar.com and we will check it against the source.
