Durrës has three pickup choices: delivery to your address, the Bay of Lalzi or a rental office. Each is a separate option when you book.
Tell the company your full hotel or apartment address. The delivery charge, if any, is already in the price; agree the meeting time.

Your voucher gives the office address. Look it up before the day and save the company’s number.
Picking up at Tirana Airport is a different booking from delivery in Durrës. From the day before pickup until the car is back, keep your phone switched on and include the country code on your booking. Any new address must be agreed with the company first.
Some Durrës cars have no deposit, others take a cash deposit, and you can pick up without a credit card. Check both for your car.
Deposit and payment differ. The deposit comes back to you; the balance is what you pay for the car. Even if the deposit can be cash, the balance might not be.
Check the selected vehicle. A car that needs no credit card can still hold a deposit, so check the deposit line as well. Two cars at the same place can differ.
An advance of 15 to 20% secures the booking, and the company takes the rest when you pick up. The deposit sits apart from both; even with no deposit, you still owe the balance on the day.
When a car calls for a credit card, the main driver must hand over their own physical card with raised details. Debit is only an option where both booking and voucher allow it, and that card must be embossed as well.

From Durrës, take the SH2 towards Tirana to Vorë, then the SH52 and SH60 airport road. After about 3.1 kilometres, take the third roundabout exit.
The Durrës to Tirana motorway is being widened in stages. Allow extra time for roadworks on the airport route.
Roadworks can close the main road, with signed diversions. Follow the diversion in place on the day, not one you used before.
Airport signs say Rinas as well as Tirana Airport. Check for roadworks before a late drive and leave in good time.
Tirana Airport to the Durrës seafront takes about thirty-five minutes on clear roads. Your hotel or return point may take longer.
If you want to finish at the airport, book that return with the company. A rental booked to end in Durrës cannot simply be dropped at the airport. Leave time for the handback as well as the drive.

Late changes, late cancellation or a missed pickup you did not warn the company about all cost you the advance. Changing a booking means cancelling and booking again.
Ask the company for extra days before your rental is over. Do not hold on to the car past the agreed time unless it says yes.

Should a breakdown or force majeure leave the company without your car, it has to supply one of the same class or better for the same price and terms.
