Yes, these cars are delivered to your address. Give the company your accommodation details and agree a time, and it brings the car to you.
Give your full address and meeting entrance. Explain the way in if your resort has several entrances.
Book a time when you can check the car. Delayed? Tell the company and agree a new time.
The price covers delivery and collection. A different place or time can change it, even for the same car.
Delivery does not include your transfer from the airport. For pickup when you land, choose car rental at Heraklion Airport or Chania Airport instead.
From the day before delivery until the hire ends, the company needs to reach you on your booking phone, so include the country code. At handover, check the car, fuel and extras, and confirm your return time.
The featured cars need no credit card and no deposit. Check your car’s payment rules; some cars with no deposit still need a credit card.
The online advance is 15 to 20%, and the company takes the balance when it delivers. That advance is not a deposit.
If the car needs a credit card, it has to be the main driver’s own card, physical and embossed; a phone wallet will not do. Debit is fine only when the booking and voucher allow it.
Check the accepted payment methods for the hire and for any deposit separately. Paying one in cash does not mean you can pay the other in cash.
Heraklion Airport to Elounda is 66.8 kilometres, roughly seventy-five minutes when the roads are clear. Each drive below begins at the airport.

The drive follows the north-coast road, then the road from Neapoli to Elounda. It ends in Mavrikiano, in Elounda, so add time to reach your hotel.
From Chania Airport it is 223.1 kilometres, about four hours on clear roads, so Heraklion Airport is the nearer airport. Compare the drive as well as the price.
Plaka, opposite Spinalonga, is 66.4 kilometres from Heraklion Airport, also about seventy-five minutes. These times leave out luggage, meeting the company and checking the car, so add time for those.
Agree where you can park after delivery. Meeting at a resort entrance does not give you a space to keep the car there.
Leave time to find the agreed entrance on the last local streets. If the directions are unclear, ask your hotel and the company before you choose another meeting place.
Keep the car on paved public roads only; a bigger car does not make an unpaved track allowed. Fuel, parking and traffic fines are yours to pay, even with no deposit.
Plan your day around the open roads and your return time. Drive times assume clear roads, so allow for weather, traffic and roadworks.
Use paved public roads to every stop. An SUV is not allowed on unpaved routes, even when your sat nav suggests a shortcut.
Before you set off, check the mirrors, gearbox and controls. Every driver should feel at home in the car, especially with an automatic if they usually drive a manual.
Leave spare time when a long day out comes before your return. If you might be late, call the company; do not just keep the car.
Carry your rental papers and the company’s number. If something goes wrong with the car, call straight away.
Before a trip inland, check for recent road news, as conditions can change after bad weather.
Want the car for longer? Agree a new price and return time with the company while the hire is still running. Just holding on to it does not extend anything.
On some cars delivered in Elounda, the return can be at Heraklion Airport or Chania Airport. Pick the airport in your search.
Choose Heraklion Airport if you fly from Heraklion Airport. Follow the return directions and leave time for the car check before heading to the terminal.
Choose Chania Airport if you fly from Chania Airport. Plan the longer drive from Elounda around your return time and confirm the meeting point.
If your flight changes, ask the company to change the return. Check the new price before you agree, as it can change.
Return the car at the agreed place and time, and never leave it unattended unless the company has arranged that. Plan from your accommodation, with time to refuel, unload and have the car checked.
Each bar is the lowest day rate for a week-long hire starting on the fifteenth, from November 2026. Enter your dates and times for your own price.
Months with no price show N/A.
Cars, gearboxes and bigger seating options can change week to week. Use the chart as a guide, then check the full delivered price for your dates.
The daily price already includes delivery, so do not add it again. Changing extras or times can change the total.
Even a short hire is charged as twenty-four hours, and using part of the next day adds a full day. Enter your real handover times.
Choose seats and a gearbox that suit everyone, including other drivers. The featured cars offer child seats and a second driver.
All six featured cars are manual, and automatics are offered too. Pick a gearbox all your drivers are comfortable with.
Ask for a baby seat, child seat or booster when you book. Check it is fitted properly before you set off with children.
Add each extra driver to the agreement before they drive. The car’s age and licence experience rules apply to everyone who drives.
Tell the company about your cases and equipment. Check the boot space with all seats in use; do not go by the photo.
Full Coverage comes free on the featured cars, and they have neither a deposit nor an excess. Normal rental rules still apply.
Check the options. Each featured car offers Full Coverage but not Plus. Check the options on the car you book.
Deposit and excess. The deposit is held against the rental, while the excess is what damage would cost you. Changing cover can change both, so check them again.
What is not covered. Standard cover excludes the underside, wheels, windscreen and interior. Vandalism, unpaved roads and neglect cancel your cover, even with no excess.
Report any incident. Let the company know right away and ask the police for a report unless the company says it is not needed. Miss a step and the cover no longer counts.
Keep your cover level details and the company’s number with you; cancellations and refunds go through customer support.
Bring your original licence, valid for the whole hire. Copies and digital licences are not accepted.
Bring an International Driving Permit (IDP) with your national licence; it is recommended. Check the company’s rules first, as missing documents can mean no handover.
Every car has its own minimum age and years of licence; similar models can set different ones. A driver who falls short can be turned away.
Card for the deposit? Only the main driver’s own physical card, with name and details raised, is accepted. A debit card follows the same rules and must be allowed in the booking and voucher.
Get the car ready for the final check. Leave time to clear out your things and check the fuel before the company arrives.
The full Crete agreement sets the rules for using and returning the car. Agree any change to your return with the company first.
Leaving Greece with the car is not allowed. Talk to customer support before booking if you want it on a ferry to another island or the mainland.
Ending the hire at an airport does not cover a ferry trip. Buying more cover does not let you cross a border either.
Check your cancellation terms before you change plans. The deadline depends on the car type and whether you have a short-notice option.
Standard cars need a week’s notice; convertibles and luxury cars need thirty days. A cancellation option allows twenty-four hours. Late cancelling, or a missed pickup without agreement, loses the advance.
Email support with the voucher to cancel and ask for your money back. It arrives within fourteen days, with 6% of the advance kept for processing.
Changing the car or the dates? Cancel, then make a new booking. If you already have the car and need more time, ask the company before your hire ends.
Not always. The example cars need neither, but some cars with no deposit still need a physical credit card. Check the payment rules and the deposit separately.
Yes. They include delivery to your Elounda address and collection there at the stated times. Your own dates, extras and times may give a different price.
No. It ends in Mavrikiano, in Elounda, on clear roads from Heraklion Airport. Add time for the drive to your hotel, picking up the car and traffic.
Yes, on some cars delivered in Elounda. Search with Chania Airport as your return place and confirm the meeting point. Allow for the long drive west.
Yes. Book delivery for the day you need the car. Your transfer to the hotel is separate. Have your documents and payment card ready at the handover.
