Deposit by level. Pick the top level and some deposits vanish. The offer shows the deposit at each level before you choose.
After an accident. For any insured event, phone the company immediately and obtain a police report, unless the company waives it; skipping this cancels the cover.

Only the original national licence will do, printed in Latin letters and in date until the car goes back; scans, copies and app licences will not.
Age and licence-year limits are set car by car. A licence valid only in its home country should travel with an International Driving Permit.

Cancel a week ahead for an everyday car, thirty days ahead for luxury cars and convertibles, or 24 hours ahead with the free-cancellation option, and no penalty applies.
Cancellations go by email with the voucher attached. Refunds land within a fortnight of the request, less a 6% fee; after the deadline, or on a no-show without warning, the advance is kept.
