At your resort or at a company office. Delivery is the usual choice; the office suits you if you can get there yourself.
Give the name and address of your Belek hotel when booking. The company brings the car to the door and the delivery cost is in the price.
Some cars are taken from a company office with no delivery charge, and many of them hold no deposit. The meeting point is on your voucher.

Check both conditions. A card rule and a deposit are separate. Some cars need a credit card with no deposit; others take a deposit but no card.
Delivery is paid locally. The advance is charged on the rental price alone. The balance and the delivery charge are paid to the company at the handover.

Holding a phone while driving is banned. Hands-free use through the car or a mount is allowed, so set the route before you leave.
Approach police or security checkpoints slowly and follow the instructions you are given. Keep the licence and rental papers in the car.

Automatics make up the bigger share of Belek cars, but manuals are offered too. The gearbox on the offer is the one that counts.
Seven, eight and nine-seaters can be booked in Belek. With every seat in use, check the boot still takes your luggage.
Infant seats, child seats and boosters are extras on some cars. Choose the right one for each child when you book.
Add the second-driver extra where it is offered. The second driver must meet the same car’s age and licence rules.
The base level, Minimum, is third-party liability. Higher levels, and what they cost, are listed car by car.
Standard exclusions. Damage to wheels, the underside, the windscreen and the interior is not covered as standard. Deliberate damage through vandalism or neglect voids cover.
Higher levels. Full Coverage adds Super CDW, yet the excess may not change. Full Coverage Plus, where available, can bring the excess to zero.
Deposit by level. On some cars the deposit falls to zero at the top level; on others it stays the same throughout.
Incidents. After an accident or other insured event, ring the company at once and get a police report unless it agrees otherwise, or you lose the cover.

Each car sets its own minimum age and licence years. Carry an International Driving Permit if your licence is valid only at home.
Two rental conditions to keep in mind on every trip.
To avoid a penalty, cancel at least seven days ahead for standard cars and thirty for luxury cars or convertibles; 24 hours is enough with the free-cancellation option.
Email the voucher to cancel. In time, the advance is repaid within fourteen days of your request, minus 6%; a change means cancelling and booking again.
The online advance covers part of the rental price only. The delivery charge is paid with the balance when the car arrives in Belek.
Yes. In the first 24 hours after the booking is confirmed and the advance paid, you or the company can cancel, with notice before pickup. The advance comes back less the 6% payment fee.
On some cars, yes. A charge for pickup or return outside the company’s hours shows in the price before you book, so enter your real times.
It does: the minimum charge is 24 hours, so even a short rental is billed as one day.
