Get delivery to your address, or pick up at the Bus Terminal, Hotel Tre Canne or a rental office. Book the place you will use.
Enter your address and agree a meeting point and time. Delivery is free on some cars and charged on others.
Pick up at the Bus Terminal in town. A handover fee applies on some offers; allow time for paperwork and inspection.
Cars here are handed over free and need a deposit, payable in cash. Choose the hotel when you search.

Rental office. Most Budva cars are delivered to your address, and a few are collected at the company office instead. The office address is on your voucher.
Plaza Jaz, Hotel Avala and Hipermarket HDL are also on the pickup list, but not every car is available there. Ask for the exact place and get it confirmed.
Budva has no airport. To drive away as soon as you land, book at the airport; otherwise pick up in Budva. Keep your phone on, with the country code, from the day before pickup.
You can rent in Budva without a credit card, with cash-deposit and no-deposit cars. Check separately how you pay the balance at pickup.
Some cars have no deposit and take the balance in cash. Others take a cash deposit, and some accept cash, credit or debit for the deposit and cash or card for the balance.
You pay 15 to 20% online when you book; the balance and any deposit are paid at pickup. If a card is needed, bring the main driver’s own physical card with embossed details; a phone wallet will not do.
No-deposit cars come with delivery and at the Bus Terminal. Tre Canne cars start with a deposit, though a higher cover level removes it on some cars.
Budva is close to Tivat Airport and further from Podgorica. Kotor and Bar are shown too; add time for pickup and busy coast roads.

From a Tivat Airport pickup, the M-1 takes you to Budva Old Town; add the last stretch to your hotel.
From Podgorica Airport, the road runs inland on the M-10 through Cetinje, not via the Sozina tunnel.
From Budva, the coast leads to Petrovac and Bar, the bay to Kotor and the M-10 inland to Cetinje. On your last day, allow time for the car check, your flight and traffic.
Street parking in Budva is in paid colour zones. Times and rules vary by zone and season, so read the sign where you park.
If you do not pay, you can get a daily ticket, reduced if you pay within eight days. Parking costs and fines are yours to pay during the rental.
Current zones and payment details are on the Budva street-parking information page. A foreign SIM may not work for SMS payment, so check it went through or pay another way.
Hotel pickup does not include hotel parking, and delivery does not mean free parking outside. Ask your accommodation about spaces, and check the garage height for a taller van.
From Budva, the M-1 runs along the coast and the M-10 climbs inland to Cetinje. Allow extra time for traffic and changing conditions.
The M-10 takes you inland towards Cetinje and Podgorica. It is busier in summer, so respect overtaking bans and allow extra time.
Work has started on the first Budva bypass section, between Markovici and Lastva Grbaljska. It is not open yet, so plan your drives on the current roads.
The Cetinje road is busiest in August and quietest in November, so the same drive can feel very different through the year.
Clear-road times do not include queues. On busy days, add time to your plans, especially around pickup and return.
In winter, the climb inland can need winter tyres. Ask the company what your route needs before you set off.
Becici and Sveti Stefan have their own pickup options. Choose the place where you want the rental to start.
The narrow R-1 above Kotor has seasonal limits for some vehicle types, such as minibuses. Check them before you go.
Some rentals from Tivat or Podgorica Airport can end in Budva, which suits a trip that finishes with a few days at the resort.

Choose your Budva return place, such as an address, when you search.
From Tivat you can return to a Budva address, the Bus Terminal or Hotel Tre Canne. Some offers have no return charge; others include it in the price.
Some Podgorica Airport rentals can also end in Budva. A trip from Budva to somewhere else needs its own search, and you cannot leave the car at a hotel without agreement.
Bring the tank back to the level you collected it at: a shortfall is billed, and a fuller tank earns nothing back. A car too dirty to check means a cleaning charge.
Each bar is a seven-day rental from the 15th, November 2026 to October 2027. The last two months show N/A: no price was available.
Typical Budva daily prices for seven-day rentals; your own dates set the final price.
Use the chart to compare months, then price the days you need. A shorter rental, another car or another pickup point can change the price.
If you only want a car for day trips, delivery lets your rental start at your accommodation when you are ready to drive.
Outside summer, an inland trip to Cetinje can need different equipment from short town drives, so check with the company.
Choose a car for your whole party and everyone who will drive. Automatics are offered with delivery and at the terminal, hotel and office.
Both automatic and manual cars are available. Book the gearbox you want, and check it again if you are offered a replacement car.
Age limits vary by car. Add a second driver as an extra where offered, and book child seats before pickup.
Children up to five need a suitable child seat, and under-twelves cannot sit in the front. Check the seat you are given.
For a larger car, check the boot as well as the seats. A passenger with a licence cannot drive unless they are on the booking.
Every booking includes Minimum cover with TPL. Other levels depend on the car, not on where you pick it up.
Standard cover does not include the windscreen, wheels, underbody or interior. Deliberate damage, vandalism and neglect void the cover at every level.
Full Coverage Plus is offered on some cars, and on some it removes the deposit. Other cars have no Plus option.
Some cars keep the same driver share under Basic and Full Coverage. A deposit is not your excess, and a no-deposit car can still leave you paying for damage.
Had an accident or damage? Call the company at once and ask the police for a report, unless the company says it is not needed; without both, the cover is lost. Trips abroad need their own permission and papers.
The Montenegro rental conditions set out the full document rules.
Bring your original licence in Latin script, valid until return; no copies or digital versions. Add an IDP if it is valid at home only.
Some cars accept drivers from 21, others from 22 or 25, with upper limits of 65 or 70. Expect two years with a licence.
The main road rules for your trip; read the driving guide before heading into the mountains.
Tell the company before you leave Montenegro so it can prepare the border papers. Pick a border package that covers every country on your route.
Your car class or cover level does not give you permission for Albania, Kosovo or Croatia. Extras and excluded countries vary by car, and the car must come back to Montenegro.
Standard cancellation needs seven days’ notice, or thirty for luxury cars and convertibles. The free-cancellation extra lets you cancel up to 24 hours before pickup.
Email your voucher with the cancellation request. Allow fourteen days for the refund, minus six euros for every hundred you paid.
You lose the advance for late changes or cancellation, or if you miss pickup without telling the company. To change a booking, cancel it and book again.
Yes, each resort has its own pickup option. Choose the place where your rental starts; a Budva delivery does not cover either resort.
Some cars in Budva have no mileage limit. Check the terms on your offer before a long trip, especially with several inland drives.
Only small pets, and they must stay in a carrier on every drive, including the trip from pickup.
Ask the company before your rental ends. Each rental day is 24 hours, and a part day is charged as a full day, so agree the new end time.
If a breakdown or force majeure stops the company supplying your car, it must give you one of the same or a better class at the same price and terms.
Choose delivery, hotel, terminal or office pickup, compare cover and payment, and book a car for your Riviera trip.
