Parts not covered. Standard cover leaves out the interior, windscreen, underbody and wheels. Deliberate damage or vandalism voids the insurance at any level.
Top cover. Some Rhodes cars offer Full Coverage, but none here offers Full Coverage Plus.
Deposit and cover. Some Rhodes cars have no deposit even on Minimum and Basic cover. On others, an upgrade can lower the deposit or leave it the same.
After an accident. Tell the agent straight away and get a police report, unless the agent agrees another way. Skip this and you lose cover and pay in full.
Some cars offer Personal Accident Insurance and a separate Theft Protection option.

Bring originals valid until return; copies and digital licences are not accepted. An IDP is advised, and without one the company may refuse the rental.
Age and licence rules vary by car, even between similar models. Some accept drivers aged 21 to 70 with at least one year’s experience.

Greek road rules apply on top of your rental terms. Follow local signs and the limits on where the car may go.
You cannot take this car out of Greece. For another country, finish the Rhodes rental first and book a new car there.
A mainland ferry is different from a border: it is allowed only if you arrange it with customer support before booking. Driving into another country is never allowed. The Greek rental terms set both rules.
Cancel at least seven days before pickup, or thirty days for luxury and convertible cars. With the cancellation option, one day’s notice is enough.
Email your cancellation with the voucher attached. Refunds go back to the account you paid from within fourteen days, less the 6% payment fee.
Late changes, late cancellation or a missed pickup lose you the advance. To change plans, cancel and book again under the notice rules.
The airport is open 24 hours, but a night pickup is not guaranteed. Enter your real arrival time and check your voucher.

Small pets are allowed if they stay in a travel carrier for the whole drive. Have the carrier ready at pickup.
If a breakdown or force majeure stops the company supplying your car, it must give you the same or a better class at the original price and terms.
Yes. Either side can cancel within twenty-four hours of payment and confirmation, as long as it is before pickup. The processing fee is still taken from the refund.
