Required cover may be additionalThe size chart shows rental and handover only. Required cover can add to it; the six example totals already include it. Delivered cars may come from anywhere on Bali.
All six examples are delivered in Ubud. Send your accommodation’s full details so the company can confirm the handover.
Enter the property name and full location. Ubud is a whole area, so the company needs the exact meeting address.
Bali Airport pickup to Ubud Palace is 34.9 kilometres, about forty minutes on clear roads, plus pickup and traffic.
Enter your real time; some cars charge outside hours. If your flight is late, tell the company quickly.
Choose airport pickup to start when you land at Bali Airport. Ubud Palace is only a reference point for drive times, not a meeting place.
Compare each car’s full price and how you can pay. A car with no credit card requirement can still have a deposit to pay at pickup.
Booking advance. You pay fifteen to twenty percent to book, and the rest to the company at pickup. Check the currency first.
Driver’s card. A required credit card must be the main driver’s own embossed card, brought in person. A debit card must match and be approved on the booking and voucher.
Drives start at Puri Saren Agung, Ubud Palace, on clear roads, without traffic, parking, stops or ceremony closures.

Denpasar is timed to Puputan Badung square and Kuta to the beach. Canggu, Jimbaran and Sanur are areas, not hotels. Padangbai is timed to the harbour road; the car cannot leave Bali.
Fuel, parking, tolls and fines are yours to pay, on top of the delivery price.
The Bali Mandara toll road serves Benoa, Nusa Dua and Ngurah Rai. Ask the company about paying the toll; airport parking payment is different.
Drive on the left, follow the signs and use paved public roads only. A bigger or pricier car has the same rules.
Jalan Raya Ubud is known for heavy traffic. Clear-road times from the palace are a minimum, especially through the centre.
The Goa Gajah area is busy too. Check the route from your accommodation and leave time before an airport trip or return.
The rainy season is usually October to March, and local floods can cause heavy traffic. Check conditions on the day before you drive.
On Nyepi, the airport closes and normal travel stops. Check the date before planning a pickup or return around it.
Some Ubud delivery cars can be returned at an address in Kuta, Canggu or Denpasar. Choose the town and place together.

Some cars can also be returned at Bali Airport; that is a different choice from a Denpasar address. Check the handover charge and any required cover in the total.
Each bar is a seven-day rental from the 15th. Handover is included, but required cover charged separately may not be.
N/A means no price was available; it does not mean a free car.
Bali cars seat up to seven. Choose a car that fits your group and book the extras you need.
Count everyone against the seat count. If a similar car may be supplied, the photo does not guarantee the layout.
Tell the company about your bags as well as passengers. With all seven seats in use, there is less luggage space.
Add a second driver as an extra, and check their licence and experience before they drive.
Check the child seat or booster on offer and its price. Book it with the car and inspect it at delivery.
Compare what you would pay for damage with the deposit. They are different, and Full Coverage can still leave an excess.
Standard cover excludes the interior, underside, wheels and windscreen. Check which of these an upgrade adds.
Tell the company the moment you have an accident, and get a police report unless it agrees otherwise. Skip that and your cover goes, leaving you to pay in full.
Vandalism or damage from neglect is not covered. More cover does not allow banned roads or taking the car off Bali.
Bring your original national licence, in Latin script and valid for the whole rental. Copies and digital versions are not accepted.
An IDP is advised if your licence is only valid at home. UK drivers must carry the 1968 IDP with their licence in Indonesia.
Check the car’s age and experience rules before booking, or pickup can be refused. Keep the car’s registration with you.
The minimum is 24 hours, and part of another day costs a full day. Ask for extra time before your rental ends.
The car must stay on Bali. Driving to a ferry harbour or buying more cover does not change this.
You can drive from Ubud to a harbour, but the car cannot board a ferry. There is no extra that changes this.
A one-way return can end at a Kuta, Canggu or Denpasar address before your boat. Returns off Bali are not offered.
Check the cancellation deadline before paying, especially for a luxury car, a convertible or the cancellation option.
Cancel seven days or more before pickup, or thirty days for luxury cars and convertibles; the cancellation option allows one day. A late cancel or a missed pickup loses the advance.
Email your voucher to cancel. Refunds come within fourteen days, minus six percent for payment fees. To change a booking, cancel and book again.
No. Give your address and confirm the meeting instructions. Ubud Palace is only the starting point for drive times.
About forty minutes on clear roads for the 34.9 kilometres to Ubud Palace, plus pickup, traffic and the drive to your accommodation. From Ubud, Sanur is at least 25 minutes away.
Some cars can be returned at Bali Airport. Choose the airport by name and check the price; a Denpasar return is not the airport.
Yes. The six example totals include the cover in each quote, including required cover. Size and month prices are a guide and may leave it out.
You can drive to the harbour, but the car must stay on Bali. You cannot take it on a ferry. Padangbai harbour is at least 30 minutes from Ubud on clear roads.
Choose your Ubud address and dates, compare full prices, and confirm payment and return.
