Check any required cover chargeAll the example cars are delivered in Kuta. Size prices may include other handovers and leave out required cover, so check each car’s full price, seats, luggage space and model terms.
Yes. The examples start at your Kuta address; to start at Bali Airport, choose the airport pickup and its meeting instructions instead.
Give your full hotel address and agree a meeting point. Check access with the hotel; cars cannot wait anywhere.
The airport to Kuta Beach is five kilometres, about ten minutes on clear roads, plus traffic and handover time.
Read your voucher and report any arrival changes. The company confirms the meeting place and time.
To start when you land, compare Bali Airport and Denpasar pickup. Enter your real times, as some cars cost more outside working hours.
Check the deposit terms on your car. Skipping the credit card does not mean every payment can be cash.
Payment is per offer. The deposit and the balance can be paid in different ways. Compare prices in one currency, then ask which currency the company takes at handover.
The driver’s card matters. Need a credit card? It has to be the main driver’s own embossed card, shown in person. A matching debit card works once the booking and voucher approve it.
Fifteen to twenty percent goes online when you book, the balance at pickup. The six totals already include delivery and cover; ask for a new price if you change anything.
Drives start at Kuta Beach on clear roads. Add time for traffic, parking, stops and the road to your accommodation.

The Denpasar time runs to Puputan Badung square, Ubud’s to Puri Saren Agung and Padangbai’s to the harbour road. Sanur, Jimbaran and Canggu are areas, not hotels. You cannot take the car on a ferry.
Budget for fuel, tolls, parking and fines. Delivery to your accommodation does not include a parking space.
Keep left on paved public roads. Even short trips need time for traffic and the last stretch.
Jalan Pantai Kuta and the beach area are known for heavy traffic. Allow more time than the airport drive time suggests.
Bali can get local flooding and heavy traffic. The rainy season usually runs October to March; check conditions before a journey on a deadline.
Your sat nav cannot make an unpaved road allowed. Check the road to your destination; an SUV does not change the rule.
Give a working phone number with the country code, from the day before. A later flight does not extend the rental; agree extra time first.
On Nyepi the airport closes for the day. Check before booking a pickup or return that depends on normal roads or flights.
Some Kuta delivery cars can be returned at an address in Ubud, Canggu or Denpasar. Price the return with the pickup.

A Denpasar address and Bali Airport are different returns. Some Kuta cars also offer Bali Airport; choose it by name and check the full price with cover.
Each price is for a week from the 15th, including handover. Required paid cover may still need adding.
N/A means no price was available for that month.
A month with no price does not mean no cars. Search your real dates rather than using another month’s price.
Match seats and extras to your group. Cars here seat up to seven; a van label does not mean eight or nine.
Count everyone and check the car’s seat count. Layouts differ within one size, so confirm what you need.
Tell the company how much luggage you have. Seven seats does not mean room for everyone’s big cases.
Book the extra driver option before anyone else drives, and check they qualify.
Choose a child seat or booster and check it at pickup. Each car sets what is offered and the price.
Compare the cover levels and excess on your car. The same level can have a different excess and price on other Bali cars.
Not covered. Standard cover excludes wheels, interior, windscreen and underside. Ask which of these an upgrade adds.
Deposit and excess. Full Coverage can still leave something to pay for damage. Check that amount separately from the deposit.
After an accident. Let the company know and get a police report, unless it agrees another way. Miss this step and the cover no longer applies, so you pay everything.
Stay within the rules. Vandalism and neglect fall outside any cover, and paying for more does not open banned roads or let you leave Bali.
The cover cards explain the levels. Check your car’s levels, price and terms; the example totals already include any required cover.
Only an original national licence in Latin script works, and it must stay valid for the whole hire. Photocopies and digital licences are turned down.
Find out which permit your licence needs. With a home-only licence an IDP is advised; in Indonesia, UK drivers must hold an international permit.
Enter your real age and experience and check the car’s rules before paying. If you do not qualify, pickup can be refused.
UK drivers need the 1968 permit for Indonesia. Drivers from elsewhere should check what applies to them. The registration papers travel with you.
The minimum is one full day of 24 hours. Part of another day costs a full day.
The car must stay on Bali. Driving to a harbour or a return elsewhere on Bali does not allow a ferry crossing.
For the Gili Islands or Lombok, use other transport. There is no sea-crossing extra; every rental stays on its island.
Return the car at your Kuta address or another Bali town before sailing. One-way returns go to Ubud, Canggu or Denpasar addresses.
Check which cancellation deadline applies to your car, and whether you added the cancellation option.
You can cancel up to seven days ahead, thirty for luxury cars and convertibles, one day on the cancellation option. Miss the deadline or the pickup and you lose the advance.
Cancel by emailing your voucher. Within fourteen days you are refunded, minus six percent for payment fees. A changed booking is a new booking.
No. All six example cars are delivered to an address in Kuta. For Bali Airport pickup, choose the airport and follow its meeting instructions. Delivery to Canggu, about 20 minutes from Kuta Beach, works the same way.
Some cars offer an airport return. Choose Bali Airport by name and check the full one-way price; a Denpasar address is not the same.
Size prices can leave out required insurance charged separately. Check your car’s full price with handover, cover and extras.
No. It is the clear-road time from the airport to Kuta Beach, before traffic, paperwork and the drive to your hotel.
No. The car cannot leave Bali, even if your trip starts at a ferry harbour.
Enter your address and dates, compare full prices and check payment, cover and return.
