Check separately priced coverThe six examples are full prices. Size prices include handover but may leave out required paid cover, so check the full offer. Cars are shared with other Bali towns.
Check seats, gearbox and whether the model is guaranteed. If a similar car may be supplied, ask which features you will get.
Arrange the handover at your accommodation’s full address. Canggu is a whole area, not one meeting point.
Give your full address and directions. Ask the property where a car can stop and park, then confirm it.
Flying in? Choose Bali Airport pickup. Canggu is 17.8 kilometres away, about twenty-five minutes before traffic.
Keep your voucher and the company’s number handy. If your flight or hotel changes, agree a new time first.
Compare Bali Airport pickup with delivery later. Enter your real time: a night handover can cost more than the daytime example.
The advance, the balance and the deposit are separate. A car with no credit card requirement may still not take cash for everything.
Check the final amount. Some cars need paid cover on top of rent and delivery. The example totals include it; changing cover or adding extras changes the price.
Use the main driver’s card. Where a credit card is asked for, it must be the main driver’s own, with raised lettering. A debit card needs approval on the voucher and booking, and must be embossed too.
Booking takes fifteen to twenty percent upfront. The rest is paid at handover, in the company’s currency and method; a price shown in euros does not mean it takes euros.
Times start from a point in Canggu, on clear roads. Add time for traffic, ceremony closures, parking, stops and your own address.

Times to Denpasar end at Puputan Badung square, and to Ubud at Puri Saren Agung. Seminyak, Sanur and Jimbaran are areas, not hotels. Traffic can make short trips slow.
Fuel, parking, fines and tolls are yours to pay. Delivery to your address does not include a parking space.
Canggu is known for heavy traffic. Add time to the drive times, especially before a fixed return.
Allow time for the last stretch to your accommodation; drive times cannot cover every entrance or traffic jam.
Use paved public roads only. Your sat nav cannot make an unpaved road allowed, and an SUV does not either.
Bali can get local floods and heavy traffic. Check the weather in the rainy season, usually October to March, and change plans if needed.
Give a phone number that works abroad from the day before. Ask for extra time before your rental ends; delays do not extend it.
Keep left and follow speed limits. On Nyepi the airport closes and normal travel stops, so check before planning a pickup or return then.
Some delivered cars can be returned at an address in Kuta, Ubud or Denpasar. Choose the return place to get the full price.

Some Canggu cars can also be returned at Bali Airport; choose the airport, as a Denpasar address is a different service. The price can include delivery and required cover. You can never leave Bali with the car.
Seven-day prices from the 15th, including handover. Required insurance charged separately can make the full price higher.
N/A means no price was available that month; it does not mean a free rental.
Search your real dates and times. A missing month does not mean no cars, and an available month does not guarantee the same cars later.
Check the seats and extras on offer. Seven seats is the most you will find on a car here; there are no bigger minibuses.
Make sure the seats fit your whole group. Layouts differ within one size, so check the car itself.
Ask whether your luggage fits with every seat in use. More seats can mean less boot space.
Add the extra driver option and check they qualify. A passenger is not allowed to drive just by coming along.
Choose a booster or child seat when booking. Check the price, then inspect it at delivery.
Each car has its own cover levels, prices and excess. Even Full Coverage can leave an excess, so read the details.
Not covered. Standard cover excludes wheels, interior, underside and windscreen. Check that an upgrade covers the parts you care about.
Deposit and excess. These are different amounts. Full Coverage can still leave something to pay for damage on some cars.
After an accident. Ring the company as soon as it happens and get a police report unless it says not to. Without that, the whole loss is yours.
Stay within the rules. Neglect and vandalism are never covered, and no level lets you use unpaved roads or take the car off Bali.
Required cover is already in the six example totals. Check the cover and price again if you change dates or extras.
Your original national licence is the one that counts: Latin script, valid until the car goes back. Digital versions and photocopies are refused.
Check your country’s permit rule. If your licence is only valid at home, an International Driving Permit is advised; British drivers must carry one.
Each car sets its own age and experience rules, and similar cars can differ. Check before paying, or pickup can be refused.
British drivers need a 1968 IDP for Indonesia. If you hold another licence, look up your own country’s rules. The registration papers stay in the car.
You pay in 24-hour periods, and starting another day costs a full day, so both times affect the price.
The car must stay on Bali. Cover or a port pickup does not let you take it on a ferry.
There is no ferry, island or border extra for Bali cars. Visit Nusa Penida, Lombok or the Gili Islands without the car.
Book the return at your Canggu address or elsewhere on Bali before your boat. A one-way rental can end in Kuta, Denpasar or Ubud, never on Lombok or Java.
The cancellation deadline depends on the type of car. Check whether the cancellation option changes it.
The deadline is seven days before pickup, thirty for luxury cars and convertibles, or one day with the cancellation option. Late cancelling or a missed pickup costs the advance.
Email your voucher to cancel. Six percent is kept for payment fees, and refunds are due within fourteen days. To change a booking, cancel and book again.
Yes, the example cars show the full price with any cover. Size and month prices are a guide; required insurance charged separately can make the price higher.
No. Agree your address and access with the company. The point used for drive times is not a meeting place. Delivery to an address in Kuta, about 20 minutes away, works the same way.
Some Canggu cars can be returned at Bali Airport. Choose the airport; delivery to a Denpasar address is a different service.
No. Check the car’s excess and deposit after choosing a level. Cover with the same name can differ between cars.
No. The car must stay on Bali, even if your route ends at a port. Use other transport beyond the island.
Choose your address and times, then check the full price, deposit and return meeting.
