The examples deliver to addresses in Singaraja. If you want the car for the drive north, book Bali Airport pickup instead.
Give the company your accommodation’s name and location. The car is not kept in Singaraja.
Airport pickup to Buleleng is 89.9 kilometres over the mountains. It takes longer than the clear-road time.
Confirm the time and any out-of-hours charge. Keep your phone on and tell the company about delays.
For airport pickup, allow for the paperwork and a much longer real drive than the clear-road time. Buleleng is an area, not a hotel.
Before delivery, check the deposit and how the company takes the balance. A car with no credit card requirement still has both.
Advance and balance. Pay fifteen to twenty percent now and the balance at pickup. Search prices may show another currency, so ask which one the company accepts.
Physical card rules. Any required credit card belongs to the main driver, is embossed and comes with you in person. A matching debit card works only when your booking and voucher say so.
Drives start from a point in Buleleng, Singaraja. Trips south cross the mountains and take much longer than the clear-road time.

Lovina’s time does not include stops or traffic. Trips south take much longer because of villages, mountain roads and traffic. Denpasar times end at Puputan Badung square and Ubud times at Puri Saren Agung; Sanur and Canggu are areas.
Budget for fuel, parking, tolls and fines yourself. Delivery does not pay for them.
Bali Mandara links Benoa, Ngurah Rai and Nusa Dua. Check your route before assuming you will use it.
Keep left and follow the signs. Only paved public roads are allowed, even in an SUV.
Trips south cross central Bali. Bends, hills, villages and traffic make clear-road times unreliable, so do not plan a tight connection.
Drive times start from a point in Buleleng. Your own address changes the start or end of each trip.
Expect rain from roughly October to March, when local flooding can jam the roads. Check them before crossing the island.
Check Nyepi dates before setting pickup or return days. The airport closes and normal travel stops.
Some delivery cars can be returned at an address in Ubud, Denpasar or Kuta. Price the return with the pickup.

Some cars also offer a Bali Airport return; a Denpasar address is not the same. Allow enough time for the drive and check the full price with cover.
Week-long prices from the 15th of each month, handover included. Required paid cover may not be in them yet.
N/A means no price was available for that month.
Check seats and luggage space together. No Bali car has more than seven seats, and there are no bigger minibuses.
Check everyone fits. If a similar car may be supplied, ask which features are guaranteed.
Ask how the bags fit with everyone on board. A full seven-seater leaves less luggage space.
Add another driver through the booking and check they qualify. Coming along does not let them drive.
Check which child seat or booster you can book, and the fee. Inspect it at the handover.
Check each car’s cover terms before a long drive. Full Coverage may still leave an excess, and the deposit is separate.
Standard cover excludes the underside, wheels, interior and windscreen. Check whether an upgrade adds them.
An accident must be reported to the company at once, with a police report unless the company waives it. Leaving this out cancels your cover and you pay in full.
Vandalism and neglect are not covered. No level of cover changes the rules: the car stays on Bali and on allowed roads.
The company needs to see your original national licence, in Latin script and still valid on the last day. It will not take a digital version or photocopy.
For a licence that only works at home, an international permit is advised. UK drivers in Indonesia must have the 1968 IDP alongside their licence.
Make sure you meet the car’s age and experience rules before paying, or the handover can be refused. The car’s registration should stay with you.
A rental day is 24 hours, and any part of another day costs a full day. Get extensions agreed while the rental is running.
The car can only be driven on Bali. A harbour stop or more cover does not let you take it to another island.
You can drive Bali’s paved public roads, but not off the island. There is no ferry or island extra.
A one-way rental can end at an Ubud, Denpasar or Kuta address before you fly or sail on. No return off Bali can be booked.
Count back from pickup to find your deadline. Luxury cars and convertibles need longer notice; the cancellation option shortens it.
Cancel a week ahead, or thirty days for luxury cars and convertibles; the cancellation option cuts this to 24 hours. Too late, or a no-show, and the advance is lost.
Cancelling is by email, with the voucher attached. Six percent goes on payment fees and the rest comes back within fourteen days. A change needs a fresh booking.
Not until you agree the address. Give the company your accommodation details and a time.
Those roads cross central Bali’s mountains. Real journeys take much longer than clear-road times because of bends, hills, villages and traffic.
89.9 kilometres from airport pickup to a point in Buleleng. The mountain section takes much longer, and your hotel may be further.
Yes, on some cars. Choose the airport as your return place and confirm the meeting instructions before booking.
Yes. The examples are full prices, including required paid cover. Prices by size and month are only a guide and may not include it.
Get a car delivered in the north, check the full price, and allow plenty of time for the mountain drive back.
