Many cars are driven to Dalaman Airport from a base elsewhere, and the charge for that sits inside each total. Compare whole weeks, not the car alone.

Collected and returned at Dalaman AirportTiles give the cheapest day rate per class for the week priced above. Half the offers run past €87 a day, and nearly every one of those carries a charge for driving the car in.
Automatics and manuals are both on offer; check the gearbox line on the car you pick.
The same rental conditions apply wherever you rent in Turkey, from this coast to Istanbul.
Book the car, then follow the voucher. It names the meeting point and gives the company’s phone number; you do not need the airport’s rental offices.
Download it before you fly and keep it offline. It holds the meeting point, the contact number and what to show at the handover.
Enter a mobile with its country code. The company must be able to reach you the day before pickup and during the hire.
If the flight is late, ring or message the company with the new time so the handover can move with it.
A car brought in from elsewhere costs the company a journey, and some charge for it. That amount is already in the price, so two cars of the same model can differ.
The two terminals, where to park or wait, and what is open while you deal with documents and bags.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 each have a car park, open day and night all year.
Prices are set by the state airports authority and include VAT.
Not on every car: some need no credit card, and some ask for no deposit. The car’s own page says which.
When a credit card is required, it must be a physical card with raised numbers in the main driver’s name. A debit card is taken only where the booking and voucher say so. More choice is in cars in Turkey that need no credit card.
The share paid online is a cut of the rent alone. Any delivery charge is settled with the company when you collect.
No deposit does not mean no costs later: fuel, parking, fines and tolls are still yours. See car hire in Turkey with no deposit for the wider choice.
Drives start at the airport on empty roads. Leave extra for the handover, a fuel stop and summer queues.

Traffic keeps to the right. On two-way roads outside towns the limit for cars is 90 km/h unless signs say otherwise.
The limit drops to 50 km/h in built-up areas such as Dalaman and Ortaca. Watch for signs changing it.
Holding a phone while driving is banned. Set the route before you leave the car park and use it hands-free.
Approach police and security checkpoints slowly and follow the instructions of the officers on duty.
Everyone in the car wears a belt, in the front and the back. Children ride in a seat that fits them.
Rental cars may use paved public roads only, so turn back where a lane to a cove or a hill village loses its surface.
Heavy rain can flood roads and set off landslides, so check conditions after a storm.
Rental cars from Turkey may not cross the border, so Greece or any other country is off the route, whatever you pay.
Some Dalaman Airport cars can go back at Milas-Bodrum Airport or Antalya Airport instead. Choose the return airport in the search and the drop-off charge appears.
Enter Dalaman as the pickup and the other airport as the return. The one-way charge is part of each car’s total.
Ask the company where to meet at the far airport. Milas-Bodrum Airport is about 2 h 30 min west on clear roads.
A new return place needs the company’s yes before you set off. Leaving the car somewhere else is not an option.
A car collected at Antalya Airport can also finish here on some offers, if you fly in there and home from Dalaman.
Lowest day rate for a week picked up and returned at the airport, starting the 15th of each month. A guide to the pattern, not a price promise.
N/A: no cars are listed yet for that month.
Months a long way off list fewer cars, so check again nearer the date.
Every 24 hours counts as a day, and any extra part day is billed as a full one.
Decide who drives and who sits where before you book. Larger vans are on the list too.
Name every extra driver in the contract, as an extra where the car offers it. The car shows the fee.
Book baby seats, child seats or boosters where the car offers them, and check each one fits before leaving.
Nine-seat vans can be booked at the airport. Count bags as well as people before you choose.
A small pet may travel if it stays in its carrier throughout. Larger animals are not allowed in the car.
The cover levels, and how much you still owe after damage, change from car to car.
Up to four levels. Minimum, Basic, Full Coverage and Full Coverage Plus, though some cars stop below the top level.
Deposit at the top. Where Full Coverage Plus is offered, the deposit can fall to zero. Check it on your car.
Parts left out. Standard cover does not pay for wheels, the underside, the windscreen or the interior.
Damage rules. Report damage to the company at once and get a police report unless it agrees otherwise, or the cover can be cancelled.
Vandalism or neglect voids every level. Each level sets what the excess covers and how much of it you pay.
The main driver shows an original national licence printed in Latin letters and valid until the return date. Photocopies and phone licences are not accepted.
Then an International Driving Permit is strongly advised. Keep it with your licence and show it when asked.
Each car sets its own minimum age and years of driving, and similar cars can differ. Check before you pay.
Plan the last morning backwards from check-in, with time for fuel and the inspection.
Tolls, parking and fines stay with you after the hire. Tolls recorded later come off the deposit with an admin fee.
Bookings are not edited: cancel the old one and make a new booking for the new dates or car.
A week’s notice cancels a normal car without penalty; luxury cars and convertibles need thirty days. Bookings with the cancellation option need just 24 hours.
Email support and attach the voucher. The advance returns within fourteen days, less a 6% card fee.
Cancel later than that, or fail to turn up, and the advance is kept.
It varies. Both an airport handover and delivery to an address can carry a charge, so compare the totals for each pickup place.
It depends on the month and the car. The chart above shows the lowest day rates here through the year; your own dates give real prices.
Do not book on the daily rate alone. Check the deposit, card rule, mileage limit and return place, and never leave the car anywhere not agreed.
Yes, on some cars. A few add a charge for out-of-hours handovers, which shows in the price once you search with real times.
Tell the company in advance, before the booking ends; the rental terms require it.
Add your landing time, compare whole-week totals and pick the deposit and cover that suit you.
