See Patong delivery carsThe six models include hatchbacks and saloons. Check seats, luggage space and any “or similar” condition. Delivery is in the price; the deposit is separate.
These cars are delivered to your Patong address. To get the car as you land, make a separate Phuket Airport booking.
Give the full hotel or home address and agree a meeting spot. Check the company can reach it.
Book Phuket Airport to start at arrivals. Grand Mercure Patong is 36.6 km away, about 45 minutes on clear roads.
Keep your confirmation and the company’s phone number handy. If your flight or hotel changes, agree a new meeting first.
With Patong delivery, the rental starts once you reach your hotel. To drive away from arrivals, book Phuket Airport pickup instead.
The deposit and the rental balance are separate and may be paid differently. A car that needs no credit card can still take a deposit.
Check the currency. Compare prices in one currency and ask which currency the company takes at the meeting. A euro price does not mean you pay in euros.
Bring the right card. If a credit card is required, the main driver brings an embossed card in their own name. Debit cards need the same, plus approval on the booking and voucher.
You pay 15 to 20% to book. At pickup, pay the company the rest and leave the agreed deposit. Paying upfront does not remove a credit card requirement.
Times start at Grand Mercure Patong on clear roads, before traffic, stops and parking. Adjust for your own hotel.

The old-town time ends at one point, not every Phuket hotel, and the Promthep Cape time leaves out parking.
Fuel, parking, fines and tolls are yours to pay. The delivery price covers bringing the car, not every cost of your stay.
The agreement sets your mileage, province and road surface rules. Check your car’s offer before planning trips.
Add up your return trips and local driving against the mileage limit. One short beach run is not a full day of sightseeing.
Ask when you book to drive outside the pickup province, and list your stops. Each company sets its own conditions and charges.
Stay on paved public roads. Check the last stretch to each hotel or sight; a sat nav shortcut does not make an unpaved road allowed.
Keep your booking phone, with its international code, working from the day before pickup. Get approval for extra time before the rental ends.
Some delivered cars can be returned at an address in Khao Lak, Krabi or Phuket Town. Choose the return place when you search.

Ending with a flight? Ask for an airport return separately; these town returns are at an address. Their prices already include the delivery and return charges.
Each month shows a week starting on the 15th, delivery charge included. Cars and conditions can change between months.
N/A means no price was listed for that month.
Check the car’s seats, luggage space and extras. The category name alone does not tell you if your group will fit.
Use the listed seat count and check the layout if it matters. Not every SUV seats seven.
Tell the company your bags and passengers. With every seat in use there is less room, so check bags fit for arrival and departure.
Add any other driver through the extra-driver option and check their licence and experience. Travelling with you does not make them a driver.
See which child seats this car offers and book the one you need. Check it at delivery.
Read the cover options with the deposit and excess. Your car decides which levels you can pick.
What is covered. Standard cover excludes interior, underside, windscreen and wheels. Basic CDW also leaves out glass and tyres, so a lower excess does not cover every repair.
Report damage straight away. Let the company know and ask the police for a report unless the company says it is not needed. Without that, the cover is void and the whole loss is yours.
Stick to the agreed trip. Damage from neglect or vandalism is not covered. No upgrade changes the allowed road surfaces or the ban on leaving Thailand.
Deposit and excess differ. The deposit covers your rental obligations; the excess is your share of covered damage. Check both after choosing cover.
Carry the original IDP and national licence, each valid until the car goes back. Copies and digital licences are refused.
Bring both original driving documents, the voucher and any required card to the meeting. Short rentals have the same rules.
Search with the real driver details and check the car’s age and licence-history rules. Similar cars differ, and handover can be refused.
The minimum charge is 24 hours, and any part of another day costs a full day. Use your real meeting times.
Small pets travel in carriers. The usual cleaning and damage rules still apply.
The car cannot leave Thailand.
One-way bookings and extra cover do not allow border crossings.
Check the cancellation deadline for your car type before paying. The cancellation option can shorten the notice needed.
Standard cars need seven days’ notice, or thirty for luxury cars and convertibles. The cancellation option allows one day. Late changes or an unannounced missed pickup lose the advance.
Email your voucher to cancel. Refunds arrive within fourteen days, minus 6% for payment processing. To change a booking, cancel it and rebook within the notice period.
Yes. The price includes pickup and return delivery. Check the total for your exact address and times; the deposit is separate.
No. They start at Grand Mercure Patong. The airport drive is shown separately, and traffic or another hotel will change the time.
Some delivered cars can be returned at a Krabi address. Enter the return place and get the company’s meeting details. This does not cover airport returns or every car.
Not always. Check the deposit and how it can be paid on your car. The credit card rule, the balance and the deposit are separate.
Agree travel outside the pickup province when you book. The company sets the conditions and charges. A drive time is a guide, not permission. A Phuket car needs permission to go to Samui; you can also rent on Koh Samui itself.
Enter your delivery address, check the full price and confirm the car’s conditions and return meeting.
