Required cover may be additionalA car delivered to a resort is not kept there. Check the model and whether a similar car may be supplied. Size prices leave out required cover charged separately; the example totals include it.
These examples deliver to an address in Nusa Dua. To drive straight from your flight, compare Bali Airport pickup instead.
Give the resort name and full address, and agree a meeting point. Nusa Dua has no single pickup point.
Bali Airport pickup to The Laguna resort is 12.8 kilometres, about fifteen minutes on clear roads. Other hotels differ.
Enter your real time, as some cars charge outside hours. Follow the voucher and report any arrival change early.
Starting with a flight? Compare Bali Airport pickup. Add traffic and paperwork to the drive time; it does not include getting through the airport.
Check how the company takes the deposit and the balance. A car with no credit card requirement can still have a deposit.
Before delivery. An advance of fifteen to twenty percent books the car, and the company collects the rest when it delivers. Check its currency and payment method beforehand.
When credit is required. Where a credit card is needed, only the main driver’s own embossed card, handed over in person, will do. Debit is possible only if it matches and both the booking and voucher allow it.
Drives start at The Laguna resort in Nusa Dua, on clear roads. Add time for traffic, stops, parking, ceremony closures and your own hotel.

The Sanur and Ubud drives use Bali Mandara. Puputan Badung square is the end point for Denpasar, Puri Saren Agung for Ubud and the temple road for Uluwatu. Jimbaran and Sanur are areas, so add time for visits and parking.
Budget for parking, tolls, fuel and fines yourself. Resort delivery does not pay for them.
Bali Mandara is a toll road; ask the company how your car pays it.
Keep left, follow speed limits and use paved public roads only, whatever the car.
Allow time to get from your hotel to the main road. Times and access differ between Nusa Dua resorts.
Bypass Ngurah Rai is known for heavy traffic, so trips along it can take longer than shown, especially before an appointment.
The rainy season usually runs October to March, and local flooding can cause heavy traffic. Check the weather and roads before relying on a drive time.
Give a phone number with the country code, reachable from the day before. Agree extra time before your rental ends; a new flight does not extend it.
Check Nyepi dates before planning a pickup or return around that day. The airport closes and normal travel stops.
Some Nusa Dua delivery cars can be returned at an address in Ubud, Kuta or Denpasar. Price the return with the pickup.

Some cars also offer a Bali Airport return. Choose the airport, not a Denpasar address, and check the full price with cover. All returns stay on Bali.
Seven-day prices from the 15th of each month. Required insurance may need adding to get the full price.
N/A means no price was available for that month.
Choose the car that fits your group. Cars seat up to seven; there are no nine-seat minibuses here.
Use the seat count to check everyone fits. If a similar car may be supplied, confirm what you need before paying.
Tell the company about passengers and luggage together. Seven seats does not mean room for seven people’s bags.
Add a second driver through the booking and check they qualify. Being on the hotel booking does not let them drive.
Book a booster or child seat where offered. Check the price, then check the seat at the resort before you set off.
Cover follows your car’s terms. Full Coverage does not always mean you pay nothing after damage.
Standard cover excludes wheels, interior, underside and windscreen. Choose a level that includes anything you want covered.
The deposit and the excess are different amounts. Compare the deposit with what you would pay for damage at your cover level.
After any accident, phone the company right away. A police report is needed unless it agrees otherwise; without one you lose cover and pay in full.
Neglect and vandalism are yours to pay for. Neither a bigger car nor more cover opens banned roads or lets the car leave Bali.
Pack the original national licence, in Latin script and valid to the end of the rental. Copies or digital versions are not enough.
Whether you need an international permit depends on your country. A home-only licence is best paired with an IDP; British drivers need the 1968 permit in Indonesia.
Each car has its own age and experience rules. Check before booking, or delivery can be refused. Keep the car’s registration papers with you.
Part of an extra day costs a full 24 hours. Ask for more time before your rental ends.
The car must stay on Bali. Driving to a harbour or buying more cover does not allow a trip to another island.
Resort delivery does not change the island rule, and there is no crossing extra. Visit Nusa Penida or Lombok without the car.
Agree the return at your resort, Bali Airport or another Bali address before any crossing. One-way returns can end in Ubud, Kuta or Denpasar.
Your cancellation deadline depends on the car type and the option you chose. Miss it and you can lose the advance.
Notice is seven days, thirty for luxury cars and convertibles, or 24 hours with the cancellation option. A late cancellation or missed pickup loses the advance.
Cancel by email with your voucher; six percent is held back for payment fees and the rest refunded within fourteen days. For changes, cancel and rebook.
No. The 12.8-kilometre drive ends at The Laguna resort in Nusa Dua, before traffic and paperwork. Other resorts can be nearer or further.
The drives to Ubud and Sanur. Check the current toll and how the company handles payment; other routes may not use it.
No. Some cars offer an airport return; choose Bali Airport on the quote. A Denpasar address return is a different service.
Yes. The six example cars show full prices with delivery and cover. The size and month figures are rough guides that can miss required paid cover.
No. The car cannot leave Bali, even if your trip includes a ferry harbour. Use other transport off the island.
Set your resort address and times, compare full prices, and confirm payment and your return.
