Cars are delivered from Baku to GNJ. Enter Ganja Airport as the meeting place when you search, so you get the airport price.
Your GNJ voucher gives the meeting instructions. Keep the directions and phone number handy; each company meets you differently.
Give your full hotel or property address. Agree the entrance and meeting time with the company beforehand.
These Ganja cars come from Baku, delivery included. Plan your arrival around the confirmed handover time.
GNJ to central Ganja takes around fifteen minutes on clear roads, plus the meeting and car check. Tell the company about any change of flight, address or pickup time.
Cash is paid in Azerbaijani manat (AZN). Euro prices are converted from dollar prices, so check what you pay at pickup.
Read two payment lines. You may pay the deposit and the balance in different ways, so check both: no card rule is not the same as no deposit.
Exchange rates can move the euro price while the dollar price stays the same. Bring the payment method your booking asks for. Car rental in Azerbaijan with no deposit is offered on some Ganja cars.
You pay 15 to 20% of the rent in advance, not counting delivery. At pickup you pay the rest of the rent and the delivery charge.
Where a car needs a credit card, it has to be the main driver’s own embossed physical card. An approved debit card must be the same. Paying online does not change this.
The airport to the centre takes around fifteen minutes. Longer drives also start at GNJ, so allow for the difference if you pick up elsewhere.

GNJ drive times stop at each town or centre, so add your own last stretch. Routes to Sheki, Gabala and Baku share the road east before splitting; traffic, stops and local roads add time, especially if you have an appointment.
A day trip to Gabala or Baku is fine, but the car must come back to its booked return place unless the company agrees otherwise.
Ask your accommodation about parking and which entrance to use before delivery. The handover and overnight parking are separate.
Tell the delivery driver how to find the entrance and where you will wait; this helps with a return there too. Your accommodation does not handle the rental.
For a GNJ return, follow the company’s instructions. Allow time to refuel, find the company and finish the car check before your flight.
Hand the car back with the fuel it came with: a shortfall is billed at the company’s rate, and a fuller tank earns nothing back. If it is too dirty to inspect, you pay for washing.
Rental cars must stay on asphalt roads. That includes the last road to your accommodation, not just the main route between towns.
There may be more than one road to an address. Check yours is paved before trying a shortcut; your sat nav does not know the rental rules.
SUVs and larger cars have the same road rules. More cover or a bigger car does not allow a banned route.
Nagorno-Karabakh, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and Khinalug village, and the roads to them, are off limits. Check the terms before a detour.
Some Ganja cars have a kilometre limit. Check it against your plans, including a trip to Baku; a big car does not mean unlimited kilometres.
Ask for extra time while your rental is still running, and agree the new return details. Do not just keep the car.
Some Baku rentals can be returned in Ganja. Search with Baku as the pickup city and Ganja as the return city.

GNJ to Baku Airport is 378.9 kilometres, around five hours, but an airport return there is not guaranteed. Choose an offered return place; a day trip does not change it.
Monthly prices include delivery to Ganja, spread over a seven-day rental. Compare them with other Ganja prices, not with a car picked up in Baku.
From November 2026 to October 2027. Weeks with no price show N/A.
Each price is for a week from the 15th. Cars and prices change with the date, so search your own dates.
Delivery is part of the price, so a different rental length changes the daily figure. Look at the total and the meeting places.
N/A means there is no price for that month yet, not that you cannot rent then.
Some Ganja cars seat up to nine, and there are manuals and automatics. Check the layout and luggage space for your group.
Tell the company about your luggage, and check boot space with every seat in use, especially in larger cars.
The car pictured may be swapped for a similar one. If the seats matter, choose a guaranteed model where offered.
The driver picking up must meet the car’s age and experience rules. Bring their original licence and the payment method needed.
Agree a meeting place where you can check the car and do the paperwork. Have your documents and payment ready.
Minimum cover is third-party only. Other cover depends on the car, so compare the levels on offer; Ganja cars are not all the same.
Not covered. Wheels, interior, windscreen and underside are excluded. Basic cover also excludes glass and tyres; check what each level adds.
Levels. Basic is CDW and Full is Super CDW. Some Ganja cars offer Plus, with nothing to pay for accident damage; check what your car offers.
Deposit and excess. The deposit is held for the rental; the excess is what you pay for covered damage. Unpaved roads, banned trips, neglect and vandalism are not covered.
After an accident. Phone the company at once and ask the police for a report, unless the company says it is not needed. Without both, you carry the whole loss.
No deposit does not tell you what is covered or what you would still pay, since deposit and excess are separate.
Your car sets the minimum age and experience. Check the driver meets them before booking delivery.
Bring your original national licence, in Latin script and valid until the rental ends. Digital versions and photocopies are not accepted.
Holding a licence that only counts at home? An International Driving Permit is strongly recommended alongside it; show it if asked.
Tell the company if a change affects the delivery or return.
Rental cars cannot leave Azerbaijan. Keep this trip inside the country and arrange travel abroad separately.
Delivery to Ganja or a one-way rental does not let you drive on into Georgia or another country. Return the car in Azerbaijan first; more cover or no deposit does not change this.
A standard car can be cancelled free up to seven days before pickup, a convertible or luxury car up to thirty days. The cancellation option shortens this to 24 hours; payment fees are still kept.
Email to cancel with your voucher attached. Refunds can take fourteen days, minus 6%. You lose the advance for late cancellation or a missed pickup.
To change a Ganja booking, cancel it and book again. Check the deadline first.
No. These are Baku cars delivered to Ganja, with delivery in the price. Follow the address and time confirmed for your car.
Search with your pickup time and get the company’s confirmation. Each company sets its own hours and any out-of-hours fee.
The company then owes you a car of the same class or higher, keeping your booked price and conditions. This covers a breakdown or force majeure before the handover.
Yes, if it stays in its travel carrier on every trip. Make sure the car is clean enough to be checked when you return it.
The rental company. Its details are in your booking confirmation email; keep them handy until the rental ends.
Choose GNJ or your address, compare the full price with delivery, and check payment and cover before you book.
